Product description Saramonic Handheld Wireless Microphone SR-HM4C It is a cardioid handheld microphone with a built-in wireless VHF transmitter that delivers broadcast-quality sound. Designed for the SR-WM4C Wireless System (sold separately), it couldn’t be easier to start using: put in batteries, press Power, switch it to the same channel as the receiver (A, B, C, or D) — and that’s it! Lightweight, ergonomic and rugged, yet remarkably inexpensive It is designed for the tough world of filmmaking while having a rich feature set. It operates on four selectable channels, so if you encounter interference, you simply switch to another channel. Plus, the switch is hidden behind the battery door, so you won’t accidentally change it when in use. The Off/On switch features a middle position that puts the SR-HM4C into Mute mode, which gives the person holding it privacy. When powered on, a built-in LED glows green when the batteries have sufficient power and turns red when it’s time for fresh batteries. A protective ring around the grill prevents the mic from rolling when resting on flat surfaces. Wide Using Compatibility A fantastic addition to the Saramonic SR-WM4C Wireless System that is perfect for capturing interviews, presentations, podcasts, dialog, field recording, broadcast TV and news gathering. Saramonic Hand-Held Microphone Wireless handheld microphone for the SR-WM4C Wireless System 4 Switchable VHF Channels Lightweight, ergonomic and rugged design with up to 5 hours battery life Cardioid pick-up pattern rejects sound from the rear and sides Up to 197-foot (60m) operating distance Channel A - 203.65 MHz. Channel B - 207.75 MHz. Channel C - 211.55 MHz. Channel D - 215.35 MHz Operating Frequencies: 203-216MHz Modulation Frequency: Modulation Signal to noise ratio: 70dB or more Antenna:1/8 wire antemma Voice delay: 12ms Audio input connector: mini XLR Current Consumption:150MA Battery: 2x AA (LR6) alkaline battery (5 hrs) (not included) Dimensions: 100.5*43*35 mm/4*1.7*1.4inch(L*W*H) Weight: 137g without battery Review: Don’t buy if you don’t already have the transmitter. - I doesn’t come with a transmitter. Which is false advisement. Plus how am I supposed to use it? Review: Easier to set channel switch, EQ sounds really flat with less bass for less rumble noises. - The mic in comparison to most dynamic mics has much less bottom end and it sounds more flat. You can EQ the audio to get more bass. It doesn't say what type of mic it is but I'm assuming it's a condenser. There is some handling noise, there is also handling noise with most of the cheap wireless mics. The plastic feels solid. I personally need a omni-directional reporter interview microphone and this unit only has one channel so I had to pick up a second unit. Samarasonic doesn't provide a frequency response chart. Some people are giving this mic a 1-star review because they didn't read the ad and didn't have the required transmitter. That's silly. The best part about this unit is the easy-to-use 4-channel selectable by switch. This saves time and is good enough for almost any environment. The switch doesn't move when you turn it on and off and remove the battery, which is a problem for some other units. The mic grill is not removable. It is a light mic so there is less chance to dent the pop filter but it is really nice to be able to use a standard SM58 grill.

Belle fabrication et piles AA... Au top !
J'utilise avec un caméscope pour Interview. Très sensible et son très correct.

Soddisfatto
