I always periodically ground on the plugged-in metal case housing anyway, but after spending nearly $700 on a CPU this wrist strap provided nice peace of mind while working. I appreciate the reviews where people who pointed out naysayers and their error regarding continuity. Jeez, you would think people placing a one star review would know something about the relevant subject before so thoughtlessly defamating a product. If not for them, I would not have bothered to put this 5 star review on such a low cost item. Figured it was only fair. I would recommend this item to anybody considering building a computer.

Built a new computer with this. Including CPU, memory installation and all other requisite tasks.
