What is included in this?

Hi I bought one of these rovs this spring, It comes with 150 meters of tether on a reel. You get everything you need to operate it except a computer, You can use your phone or tablet to run it. It works quite well. The only thing that is difficult is moving the recorded videos from the Rov to laptop, I have not figured this out yet. I used mine down to 200 feet of water . Walt

Do I need to register number or get a license to use this drone?

If you are flying this drone in the air (somehow), it would need a FAA drone license. When using it in it's natural underwater state, it does not need a FAA license.

Can VR headset be used with the Titan?

Yes, VR headset can be used with the Titan.
