Sturdy, Portable, and Great for Balance Training
I’ve been using this wobble balance board regularly, and it works exactly as advertised. The non-slip surface and sturdy design make it feel very stable, even during more intense workouts. I like that it offers 360° rotation and just the right amount of tilt, which is great for improving core strength, balance, and flexibility. The built-in handle makes it easy to carry around, and the lightweight design means I can take it from home to the gym without any hassle. It feels durable and well-made, and I have no issues with slipping thanks to the anti-skid features. Overall, it’s a solid balance board that’s both reliable and versatile. Perfect for workouts, rehab, or just adding some variety to exercise routines. ⭐ Rating: 5/5

multiple uses, solid product that actually works
I use this to balance at a standing desk. It is exactly what I needed. You can also use it like a bosu for exercise while balancing, which is great for stabilization.

Just Right
I don't have the room for one of those big BOSU balance trainers, (and anyway I got tired of reinflating the BOSU ball I had years ago). I wanted something more compact, and that didn't have to be inflated. This product hit the spot. It's not nearly as wide as the big gym trainers, so you don't get a wide stance workout. But, it's wide enough that you can get a nice workout of your hips, knees, and ankles. You can do side to side, circular, and front to back exercises - just realize that with a 15degree tilt it really is more of a wobble trainer. That said, I found it was very useful as a basic stability trainer. Given the way it's made I can't imagine having any durability issues, unless I gain a few hundred more pounds. This is a nice, convenient workout accessory at a decent price, so I'm happy.

Works great!
My PT recommended this to strengthen my ankle and foot following surgery. I love it! It fits under my desk and allows me to stretch and work on my exercises while I work. My teens are also using it for core strength-building. The whole family is enjoying the benefits of it. It's sturdy and works great on carpet, hardwood floors, and tile. Very happy with the larger size as well.

Well made but too small
This product was well made and arrived on time as described. I did not think it had a wide enough diameter to exercise the way I wanted to. The action was too tippy and quick and seemed likely to cause a fall compared to wider things like a Bosu half-dome type. The price was attractive but had to return.

Good
Small but fun, I needed it to help with balance does the job. I think it does the job at least my doctor thinks it does the job she says I improved 🤷♀️

Outstanding Addition To Your Training
This last year I began a major overhaul of my workout approach and training to restore my health and to prepare for an ultra endurance event in early 2020. One of the biggest changes I have made is to include multi-body part engagement including balance moves and core training. I have been using Bosuballs and other balance apparatus but wanted to purchase my own that I could use at home. Enter the EveryMile Wobble Balance Board. After only two workouts I found this wobble balance board to be an excellent and inexpensive choice. I was able to incorporate it in a number of weighed and body weight exercises including squats, planks, static stretch core exercises, and other balance and stabilizer movements. The wobble balance board feels sturdy, challenging, and easy to use. For the record, I’m 6’1” and at 230 lbs in this pic and the EveryMile Wobble Balance Board easily supported my size and weight.

Handles big folks weight.
It's a little narrow for broad shoulders but it's strong and works really well for a big guy.

I wasn't sure how effective this would be but its quite apparent as you try to stand on it for the first time that its working your entire core and legs. This device is super good if you're trying to get better balance or work your core. I felt this working my body as soon as I stepped on it. Ive been using it on my carpet because my balance isn't the best yet, but eventually I'll use it on harder floors to make it more challenging. They also sent a small work out guide with suggestions on how to use it which is appreciated. *The one thing I dont like is that the top is super hard and sort of slippery. Those reviews are correct about having to wear shoes on it.

Excellent piece of kit for the gym. We have 3. It is great fun setting the students against each other on a balance challenge.

Very sturdy. Good for our intended purpose (wobble board). The bottom is solid/not like a typical bosu ball.

Bought this for my dad who was looking to improve his balance, he's +120kg and holds him fine. It looks well made and like it will last a while.
