16 month old LOVES this. So happy we decided to snag it!

Quality is very good, only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I feel like the latches I think are pretty good quality, but some open up without actually being unlatched, as in for the type of latches in order for them to work effectively, they probably should have been installed side by side instead of up and down. I would still absolutely recommend buying this. We bought it for my daughter's 1st birthday, it is unique and will grow with her for several years. Our 4 year old and 7 year old also love playing with this. Husband said it was easy to mount and install. This would also be a wonderful toy for a doctor's office, church, nursery, or daycare as multiple children and a wide range of ages can use it. Money well spent.

My wife uses it working with small children. They discover the textures of the surfaces: soft, rough, etc., Besides they play matching the right position and, if you upside down the pieces they have another enjoyable game trying to find the match the surface and the colour! We strongly recommend it for daycares and families with small children.
