Are these vde insulated/suitable for electrical work?

I am a NICEIC registered electrician and these are quality German engineered tools . I have had mine about 2 months now and they are a great purchase as they were a really good price for the 3 . As most reputable electricians will state , you only work on live equipment when a risk assessment has been done and it is a last resort with all the relevant safety measures are in place .
