Perfect for me
The foot print is fairly large but very stable. I used a turnbuckle to mount and remove. A couple of modifications with the correct seat, you will be pleased. Perfect for a casting deck when you want sit for a while

great addition to our inflatable boat,(we have two seat stands) a bit too high for us so I cut off 2 " on the legs and installed a washer inside the rubber foot so it should last a long time, very satisfied

Solid piece of equipment
This is pretty solid but I'm knocking it down one star for a reason. When you slide the played in which the seat is connected to there was a little play after it's connected. When you sit down you're not going to be wobbling because of it but it does annoy me a little bit that it's even there. I would think once it clicks in it wouldn't move at all.
