Others is Charging way to High , this Product is not only Very Sturdy, and Fits right on a 4x4, But is Really Great for the Price, I Bought more even though I don’t need it now, but maybe later, Just because they kept their Price Down, and on top of That, A Heavy piece of Merchandise that’s very Sturdy, I’m impressed. Used 8 of these on my gazebo. Very good product and price was excellent. Just ordered 4 more for a deck/stairwell add on to the gazebo, because I liked the look.

The 4x4 base support seems like it will work well for the price it's a good product. But the concrete anchors they Supply with it are absolute garbage. Don't even waste your time just go get some good ones it will save you a lot of headache.

Just what I needed, strong enough to hold down my Christmas fence. Slightly larger than a standard 4x4 post but cinches tightly by tightening. Great for places where digging a hole for pole is not optional.

This review is to clear up the confusion on the size.... People have been asking what size post fits the 6x6, and people are saying that 6x6 is the measurement of the base. Well that is totally wrong. 6x6 is for the post size. Which a 6x6 measures 5-1/2” x 5-1/2”. I didn’t measure the base, but the 6x6 is for a 6x6 and the 4x4 is for a 4x4. Hope this helps. As far as the quality, they are pretty darn good. They are strong and the paint is a very good quality. Almost feels like powder coated. I purchased these to replace a rotting 6x6 in my shed. I bolted the 6x6 to the concrete next to the rotting one. It worked perfect.

This product was PERFECT for us. It provided a very strong base o hold our 4x4's for the railings. We could not have been more pleased with this product. We used 5/16" lag bolts with washers to secure brackets to the 6x6's. It would take a pack gorillas to rip it out. In addition, I think they look GREAT! The quality of the baked on paint will last for years and years. There was another one available at Home Depot -BUT it was more than twice the cost- didn't look as good and I had to wait a week for delivery. I ordered these on Friday afternoon and they were delivered in my garage Saturday afternoon. Excellent product, service, and price.

Great quality easily installed and holds post perfect

I ordered these to use as post bases on a pergola I built on some newly poured concrete in my backyard. I chose these for the reason of being able to anchor after the build. I used 3/8 wedge anchors and they fit just fine with a few taps. They seem very sturdy and well built and fit the 6×6 post just fine.....except for this one base. I checked the post to make sure it wasn't swollen or bowed. Post was fine I guess it was just a manufacturing defect. So I had to get some longer carriage bolts to close that gap up. Ended up being ok, but I was a little irritated at the fact that 3 fit perfect and this one was defective. I could have returned the set and gotten them replaced but I was on a short time frame to get my project finished. I gave it 3 stars for it still being a good product and actually doing the job, but I took off for the quality control issues. But overall not a bad product. And I would recommend them to anyone doing a similar project.
