Even though it’s only been three days, the improvement has been sensational and I am extremely surprised. Today, my belly has significantly improved ( it’s nearly completely flat, better than before I was pregnant with my first) and I can wear my pre-pregnancy clothes again! I have decided to stop taking the pain killers (I hate taking meds) because this offers me great support and I don’t have much pain anymore. May end up trying a smaller one later on.. my belly feels so hard, heavy and still a little sore after my emergency c section and this has just taken a little pressure off for me today and it also seems to be helping my back a little too! If you’re really suffering from him pain I would go for something a bit stronger but this is excellent for relieving pressure at the front. I’ve used it quite a bit with exercising too andjust walking around and it relieves pressure on the bladder.
