I steam all kinds of squash, sweet potato, pears, etc. and freeze it. The size is good even when baby eats more because you can pop out multiple fruits/veggies for appetizing combinations for baby’s palate.As for it breaking...this is made of plastic with silicone bottoms. Don’t twist it, it’s frozen plastic! Run the faucet warm then cupping your hand under the water stream put the tray so it sits in a bit of water and wait about 30 seconds. Then gently apply pressure to the siclione. I hold it with two hands and push with a finger from each hand.
