The mould of the adaptor should be checked with an Australian plug for dimensions
On the outside the item looked perfect. I tried to insert my AUS Plug into the adaptor. It would only go1/4. if you try to push ito hard the other end of the adapter starts to come apart. On closer inspection I found that there is a plate sort of thing which prevents the plug from going in or it could be that the dimension should/needs to be altered to allow the plug to go in. It is very difficult to explain this(the reason for the return) as there ae no options except "replacement" My point is that one should be able to explain the reason for returning. Plug compatibility: self explanatory above.
