I unboxed it just like you are supposed to. When it came in, my helper and I uncoiled it, stretched it out, and left it stretched out for 5 hours in the sun on a 94 degree day. I let one end of it go and it looked like a slinky, the end I let go went almost all the way to the other end,all coiled up. It is useless. I'm ordering another hose but it won't be like this one.
