The original case had a cut-out that was too small for the pencil to make full contact so it couldn't be charged. The company contacted me and offered a replacement which came after a few days, so customer satisfaction is obviously very important to them which I greatly appreciate. The new version of the case now supports charging of the pencil which makes this an awesome case!
