Great for Relaxing Baths and Sore Muscles
I use Epsom salt regularly and this one works exactly as expected. The crystals dissolve easily in warm water and feel great for relaxing sore muscles after a long day. I usually add it to a bath in the evening and notice it helps me unwind and feel less stiff, especially after being on my feet a lot. I also like that it’s fragrance-free, so I can mix in my own essential oils if I want, or just use it plain without worrying about irritation. The bag is a good size for the price and lasts a while even with frequent use. Overall, it’s a solid, no-frills Epsom salt that does what it’s supposed to do. I’d definitely repurchase and recommend it for anyone who enjoys baths or needs some muscle relief.

Helps with achy muscles. Good price
Great, better price than other brands. It’s the same Epsom salt as all the other brands. Literally no difference, except this costs a few cents less per ounce. Dissolves easily in the warm bath, and helps with muscle aches.

Not only for intended use
When the smaller bag went out of stock and couldn’t be delivered via sub and save am happy to have found this mega three pack. Besides soaking in the tub and using for injuries and soar muscles use to remove tree stumps and random overgrowth. How? After research and trial and error to remove two stumps by a fence nothing worked. Upon spending a bunch in attempting various poisonous options found answers at YouTube University😁 My modification of the lessons learned, drill a one inch wide group of holes into the stump (my stumps were a foot in diameter) about two inches deep as the wet newly cut wood is difficult to penetrate. Include exposed large roots if they’re thick. Fill the holes with epsom. Walk away. How many? I drilled a hole every couple of inches. The epsom drains the moisture from the trunk and roots. For random stray trees along the garden fence, cut them down. As close to the ground as possible. Drill holes. Epsom fill. Walk away. Over time as the stump dries use a sawsal or chain saw to trim off the dried wood. In my case one treatment didn’t work. I did a second. The stump dried and was easy to remove. Due to the location a stump remover wasn’t possible nor was fire. Some people burn stumps off. It wasn’t possible in my case. For the stray trees it took one treatment. The holes were smaller as the stumps were a couple inches wide. But the epsom took care of the root system easy peasy. I’ve seen some people add water to the epsom. I don’t agree with this as the point of the salt addition is dry the stump. I hadn’t tried rock salt but think the outcome could be the same, for a small price tag. For less than $5 the stumps were destroyed and easy to remove in one season. This method does require patience. But the outcome is remarkable, based on my experience

Great value and great product!
I’ve tried a lot of bath soaks, but this pure Epsom salt is the only one I keep buying. It’s a must-have for post-workout recovery, easing sore muscles, and reducing stress after long days. I use it in warm baths and foot soaks—it dissolves quickly, leaves no residue, and helps me sleep better at night. I also put it in my daughter‘s tubs. I believe it helps with so many things unwinding, getting needed magnesium into our system, keeping stools soft and quality sleep!

Perfect solution for aching muscles.
Have been using this in my jacuzzi tub for the past few years and it really warms to calm down aching muscles and even my neuropathy symptoms. Highly recommend. Going natural versus the scented epsom salt is the only way to go and much friendlier to your tub and body.
