If you're into BCAA and other supplementation for workouts, it is likely that you have heard of Ghost. I ordered the lemon. The taste was too strong for me so I use a half scoop in 16;oz water and add some lemon juice. Now tastes great. Not sure about effectiveness only have been using two days

When I don’t wanna drink water or I’m fasting I sip on this and it tastes so good I can’t help but keep hydrated. Ghost never lets me down with good quality and good flavor

El producto está bien y fué entregado a tiempo. A mi me da sabor a fresa-sandía 😹 No me desagradó, pero… creo que prefiero el de uva ¡ojalá vendieran el de strawbango en esta presentación! Igual está muy bien por el precio.
