Then it will twist open easily. **Q: Would this help with possible fungal problem and eczema/irritation in the groin area? been using whitfield's ointment but it's hard to get in the u.s** A: I use Nixoderm for various skin problems and it does work like a charm. However, I had a marvelous friend who was a Swedish Doctor & once when I seemed to be having fungal problems in the groin area he suggested that I wear Boxer shorts instead of Briefs, since fungus thrives in damp areas he explained.
