Nielsen-Massey Peppermint Extract 2 oz

Excellent taste. Makes the best peppermint bark. Alittle pricey but worth the money. Will purchase again.

An ingredient for my blue moon ice cream, so good!

McCormick peppermint extract almost got me to give up on peppermint extract all together. The chemical taste that everybody describes is real. But Nielsen-Massey proves peppermint extract can be done right. Totally different from the McCormick product. I haven't yet baked with it but I use it in my coffee on a daily basis, which is a great way to test an extract. There's no where for the chemical taste to hide if it's there. Long story short, this stuff is excellent and if you're looking for a peppermint extract that will just taste like peppermint you found the right stuff.

Great peppermint extract that is strong but not bitter or overpowering. I made peppermint bark cookies and 1 tsp. of extract was enough for the recipe. Everyone enjoyed them and liked the peppermint flavor.

Flavor was good but not as strong per drop as more expensive product.

This is really nice stuff. I use a little less than 1/2 teaspoon if the recipe calls for one teaspoon. It is wonderful stuff. I don't like to regularly buy lemons. This is different and tastier than lemon juice. I was reading online about the difference between lemon extract and lemon juice. I like this a lot.

Smells like heaven

We started making our own mint chocolate chip “Yasso” bars since it was getting expensive buying them. This extract is strong with a delightful taste. Only a little is needed so it will last a while. The bottle size is perfect: not too big or small, and also looks stylish with the glass bottle design.

Goût agréable mais l'huile de menthe est coupés avec de l'éthanol. Vous devrez donc adapter vos recettes en conséquence : au lieu de deux ou trois gouttes d'essence de menthe, il faut mettre deux-trois cuillères à café de cet ingrédient.

This is a quality product at a reasonable price. It delivers a good flavour profile. I used it recently to make choc mint slice and the kids loved it

Compré este extracto para una tarta de chocolate y menta, y estoy entancada con el resultado. Sabor profundo a menta sin resultar artificial. Cunde un montón!

Ich habe mir das Peppermint Extract gekauft, um mir zu Hause selbst einen Peppermint Mocha à la Starbucks zu kredenzen. Und was soll ich sagen? Schmeckt super! 😋 Nur eine Dosierhilfe am Flaschenhals wäre hilfreich.

Das Pfefferminzöl ist 100 Prozentig und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Ich habe es für Pfefferminzeis gekauft, dieses ist mir gut gelungen. Hier haben nur wenige Tropfen genügt. Auch im Cocktail hat sich das Minzöl gut gemacht, ein angenehmer frischer Geschmack, wie gesagt sparsam verwendet.
