**Q: I am using mapei ultracolor fa, will this work to seal the tile around the window and corners?**
A: Yes it is waterproof

A: I don’t think it is paintable as it is made in specific color

The product applied well on our tiled shower and closely matches the Mapei Biscuit Keracolor U grout. The tube opened back up easily for a second use, after the first use 3 weeks ago.
