I love this tool for a very deep facial clean. Helps with the appearance of pores and wrinkles. I have used this product for several years and really love it!

I really like how this brush cleans and it is super smart too! The app allows you to customize how long your brush operates and gives you a signal when it is time to move onto the next section of your fase. I was able to add time to allow me to do a better job of cleaning my chin. The kit came with everything I wanted except face wash. I was able to chose which one I wanted so that was nice.

This is my 2nd Clarisonic Mia, the first one stolen on a weekend trip 6 months ago. The 6 months I did not use it visibly resulted in less clean skin with fine lines and wrinkles appearing, which have already diminished again in less than a week of reestablishing this product in my daily regimen. I am in my early 60's, and my skin while using this product for 4 years, is that of a woman in her 40's, not in her 60's, I do not believe I would receive the compliments I enjoy, had I not used this tool regularly, and highly recommend it to anyone, especially to older women!

I paid $257 for this, and after seven months it will not charge any longer. I don't know if it's the actual brush or the charger that's faulty for sure, but I thought first I'd order a new charger. Well, they are all sold out and not available any longer, and Clarisonic's website says they are going out of business on Sep. 20, 2020.

I've had the Mia smart now for a couple months and there was definitely a learning curve involved as this was my first ever face cleaning device. I made the mistake initially to push hard and vigorously clean my face thinking thatl would somehow clean my face better and ended up stripping off the first protective layer of skin on my face which caused massive breakouts and redness and swelling and pain. But after much research I discovered what it was I had done wrong. Now that I'm using it properly it's something I now couldn't live without!!! I look forward to my nightly "Clarisonic Mia smart and me" time! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the app drives me nuts! I don't know if I'm the only one having these problems but half the time it freezes and I have the hardest time trying to get routines synced. And once I am able to sync a routine after that the app doesn't allow me to do anything so I have to constantly be exiting out and relaunching the app and hope that the changes I made were saved. Yesterday I decided to completely uninstall the app and redownload it and so far the app hasn't given me any problems (fingers crossed) although the last month's of uses aren't logged and all but one of my customized routines are gone so now I have to add my routines back and customize them the way I had them. But it'll all be worth it if the app actually continues to work problem-free. It is nice to be able to track the usage and see the progress through the pictures that you can take of yourself. Also a side note make sure that you plug in to an actual wall outlet so you don't encounter any charging problems. I plugged mine into this little USB only charging strip and encountered so many problems and odd things happening like my device making chiming noises that didn't stop until once I figured out where it was coming from and picked it up off of the Cradle and unplugged it from that strip. It also wasn't charging even though the light was flashing so once I plugged it back into a wall outlet everything is back to normal and working as it should. This has been press of the best investment purchases I've ever bought! I love it!! And so does my skin!

I think this product is too expensive for what it offers. first it feels light and cheap and not the high quality of my first clarsonic I purchase years ago. As for the multiple heads....If you use them...the clarsonic loses its charge in about two days. so, if you use the cleansing brush, then the massage head.,and then the eye massager...and foundation brush.... it simply wears down the battery power fast. My advice is to buy the $99 dollar Mia and purchase the massage head on the side and it would be much cheaper. and do a good job. In the end..those are the two heads I use on mine. I do want to add that the massaging head and eye massaging head are high quality and do a great job. I've been using it for about a month now..and I think it is firming up my face some. So that is totally worth it.. But I honesty only use the cleaning brush and facial massage head everyday...I've never used the foundation brush yet..and used the eye massager twice,,(but I don't have puffy eyes).

Been using my Mia smart Clarisonic for about 2 weeks. I love the results but you do need to moderate its use depending on how sensitive your skin is. Don’t scrub your face like its the kitchen floor. Be gentle. It’s a great tool and easy to use.

Didn't think I would have to review this product so soon... unfortunately the device no longer holds any charge after 8 months of use. When plugged into the charger, it indicates charging, and by the next morning it indicates it has fully charged with the blue light. Yet, it flashes red as soon as I push the power button then it automatically shuts off a few seconds later. This is EXTREMELY disappointing considering it costs over $200 and didn't even last one full year. I will attempt to contact the seller for support.
