Works good after a few months.
I broke my stock ps4 fan. I was thinking that it overheated and when i took a look that seemed to be the case. So I bought this fan kit but I did buy an extra screw and thermal paste you might need but again this kit comes with both so its up to you. It works fantastically and it even makes my ps4 quieter after a few months. One thing I do recommend is that you deep clean your ps4 and especially the fan area. Dust can make the fan over work so make sure to clean it at least every few months. TLDR this works good and I would recommend just clean the fan area from time to time.

The right fan!
Replacement fan for a PS4. Exact replacement, very quiet, moves a lot of cooling air! Came with the correct Torx bit and thermal compound. Ordered on Saturday and had it on Monday, quick and easy install.

Good product
The thermal paste is a great addition! Don’t forget to apply new paste along with the fan, I made the mistake of just replacing the fan so my ps4 kept overheating. After applying the thermal paste my five year old ps4 almost runs like it’s new again. A very good product for the price.

Fan is a little louder
Its a good product but i prefer the old fan because this one makes a slight louder noise than the other, very slightly tho but the tools and paste were awesome so worth it

Doesn't fit ps4 fan port on motherboard
The plug is too big for the ps4, why would you sell a ps4 fan kit that doesn't actually fit a ps4?

1st fan had broken blade
first fan had a broken blade (was not attached on outer ring like all the other blades) even though the packaging was not damaged glad I checked before installing, the second fan worked great no problems make sure to check if you buy this I am sure it was a mishandling issue and probably not common but this was my experience. noise level is equivalent to the oem not quieter or louder and have never had an issue with the oem fan noise. if you are installing this yourself good luck it is virtually the last thing to get to but YT helps it is a good enough replacement for me not too expensive but not made too cheap (the outer ring for fin support is nice when it is not broken)

Worked to fix my PlayStation. Doesn’t over heat anymore Liked the screwdrivers that came with And the thermal compound. Didn’t need to buy anything extra
