YES. YOUR BATTERIES MAY BE TOO LOW ( DRAINED ) TO RECOGNIZE THEM BEING PLUGGED UP. MAY HAVE TO PUT SOME CHARGE ON THE BATTERIES WITH A CAR CHARGER AND TRY IT AGAIN. HAVE BEEN THERE.

Can this be used on 2010 Club Car villager?

NOT SURE WHAT KIND OF PLUG THAT HAS. IS IT 48V? DOES IT HAVE THE ROUND 3 PIN CONNECTOR? IF SO IT SHOULD WORK.
