Will this keyboard work with iPad?

I don't think so. It isn't a bluetooth keyboard, it using a logitech unifying receiver (mini dongle) that plugs into a standard USB port. Mine works on a PC and Chromebook, but no way to connect to an iPad.

Does anyone know why page up and page down are not working?

You need to press the Num/Lock key first as it is currently set to input numbers only.
