Does the meter display quit blinking once voltage is above 11.5 volts?

It needs to go above 11.8 to stop blinking, according to reviewer “Ken R.” saying “Flashes to indicated a low-battery voltage starting at 11.8 volts (handy for my application, but not a great feature for those planning to routinely monitor voltages 11.8 or less).”

Does this have an on/off switch? Does it auto time off or is it just on all the time?

My stays on all the time but it does blink when it drops below 12.0 volts

It depends on your dashboard. If you have a flat space the size of the meter the meter will probably stick to it. I mounted mine that way.

Can you connect a SAE quick connect to this instead of wiring direct to battery?

Yes. Certainly. I used mine to moniter my solar panel input. It is indirectly connected, and shows the voltage for the RV batteries.
