Does it contain sugar

As the label says, Contains Water, Propylene Glycol, Oil of Almond. So . . . I opened mine and tasted some on my fingertip. It tastes somewhat sweet to me, so can this product have sugar or a sugar substitute and not list it on the label?

Is this product kosher for passover?
