Great customer service
The enclosure was great. I received the product with some damage. The manufacture was very good at reimbursing me for the damage area, my installer was able to patch that area and it looks great. I am very much Happy with this product I would buy another if needed

Get what you pay for
Looks good and easy to install but it’s a bit thin and flimsy. Under the circumstances it will work for now, but don’t expect it to last forever.

Great shower!
Shower walls and drain base were exactly as pictured and described. Had a few cracked pieces due to trucker driver unloading without care. Contacted customer service, sent pics of damage and they shipped out new pieces of what was broken. Great customer care! Would definitely recommend

Flimsy piece of junk!
To charge $1420 for this is absolutely obscene. The walls are so incredibly flimsy it is virtually useless and un-installable. The shipping was continually delayed as well and set my whole project back over 2 weeks. I ended up buying a far superior product at a box store for less than half the price. THIS IS A FLIMSY PIECE OF JUNK!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Good product for a remodel
Good product for a remodel, the only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is the fasteners then sent we're kind of cheap, with upgraded fasteners it would be great.
