These worked fantastic for my purposes. Used them for a crawlspace trapdoor in hardwood floor. Recessed the handle into the floor so the whole handle sits flush with the floor. I was a bit concerned with how well the handle would hold up to lifting the trap door (roughly 35#), but they have held up nicely through some replumbing last year that meant we were probably in and out of that hatch 50+ times. The finish hasn't worn off, even though this hatch sees daily foot traffic. The size is just right for getting two or three fingers through the loop. Would buy again for this purpose, however since this came in pack of two, I have a spare, though don't anticipate needing it.

Works as described but not the best quality

The items were of good quality. One thing I want to mention......I am using the pulls installed overhead(Attic Access hatch). I found that with a slight nudge the handles would rotate. To assist in their staying hidden I ordered some weights that I glued to the inside of the handle to ensure that the handle remained flat with the surface.

It’s cool. My kids love it. It’s pretty easy to install. I used it for a window bench seat so this handle fit my needs completely. I was able to make it fit completely flush with the seat which was great. Buy it.

One star removed for each of the following: Finish is rough, with visible burrs, and exposed sharp edges. Female threads are just barely 4 threads deep. while it easily could have been closer to 8 threads deep. Be prepaired to use a file, and/or a tap.

No instructions. Impossible to figure out installation.
