I got mine a couple days ago and they seem jsut as sturdy as anyting else. No weak rivets. And to think I almost was scared off by bad reviews? Honestly sometimes I think people have too much time on their hands. It's a salt shaker..... not a Porshe.. And they look great work great, the lids are fitted well and again unless your slamming them down or something these will last as long as nayhting else your going to use everyday. They will sit on a shelf and look great forever.. But if you use it, its metal and its coming into contact with salt and moisture, its not going to hold up forever. Great thing then you get to get a new set of something else because thats the way life is!!!
