The rope is strong but soft on the hands, and the pulley works very smoothly. The handles are comfortable to grip and don’t hurt even after long sessions. I appreciate that it’s lightweight and portable—I even carry it when I travel. A must-have for shoulder therapy or regular mobility exercises.

Good product. But high price. Since I tried to get this hook in local shops after ordering online. I got the hook at Rs 60 in hardware shop. Also the rope is very short. They should give a lengthy rope.

I purchased this for my mom who has frozen shoulder. She was hesitant at first but now uses it every day. It has made her therapy much easier and more comfortable. Within a month, she has regained much better movement. The Aaram rope and pulley is simple, effective, and truly helpful for recovery.

Good but not 100% effective.

It is a very simple and useful product for shoulder exercises, doesn’t require any drilling, just hang it over your door and start using. Amazing product. Value for money.
