All of the reviews said the jacket fits small and to go up a size. Well that is my advice too. Go up one size than what you wear normally. Now full disclosure i am a big guy(6'4 290lbs) so i went up 2 sizes and it fits good. It is not loose like a regular jacket by no means but it has just enough room for the inner lining(rain/ cold) and another small jacket for cooler days. So go up one size and maybe 2 if you're large and in charge like me. :-) **Q: Is there a size length chart that I can compare the different sizes?** A: No, as I know, I'm 5ft 10in, 220lb male, usually L size, but for this one I bought XL, just by reading others reviews, and it fits on me. **Q: Which is the total weight including shipping of the jacket? Pelase help me.** A: Around 5kg... **Q: what is the return policy?** A: It was good, I got the first jacket from them and their was a zipper problem and i saw that the jacket i got was to small.
