I use it to make ginger beer and ginger ale. Taste great. Also great with cocktails

I am glad to inform you that there is no sugar! But there is a sourness))) the extract is strong, so far ok. I haven't mixed it with anything yet, but I needed it without sugar

I add this to my spicy hot chai tea. If you like the ginger burn, or are fond of spicy, you will love this. I went through my first bottle in a year's time because I don't drink tea every morning. A little of this goes a long way. About a capful, or two in a 20 ounce cup of tea water works for me. My sister finds this next admission gross, but here it is. I keep my Jamaican ginger extract on my tea shelf next to my microwave. I did that for a year, as I said. My second bottle from Amazon, I noticed it says, Keep Refrigerated. I checked the 1st bottle. Yep. Refrigerate. Ooops! I drank it unrefrigerated for a year and not only didn't I die, I didn't even get a stomach ache. Lol. DON'T DO THAT!

The ginger tastes good, but The container is toxic plastic, not glass. So a healthy product contains nano plastics. I poured it into a glass container, but do not plan to buy this again.

GOOD PRODUCT GINGER HAS SOME HEALTHY BENIFITS

Trying to find a ginger flavoring for soda water. The bitterness is overpowering. Have not been able to sweeten to get rid of. No spiciness at all. Add Tabasco. Update: I was treating this as a concentrate. With 1/4 cup, you can taste the ginger and a good spicy bite. Unfortunately, it makes only four glasses of soda. The bottle lasts a day :( Bottle is different from what’s shown in add. Says “flavoring”, not “extract”. Nutrition and ingredients information masked by a sticker on top that then says “pure ginger extract”. See pics.

This product is so good recommend to everyone

It's good and serves its purpose but it's definitely not pure ginger. It's a extract made with more water than ginger. It also has citric acid, 0.1% sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate.

Frankly not bad at all, but tastes slightly more diluted than the “Island Spice” Ginger Extract, which is currently hard to get.
