Fit for purpose, excellent product

The lamp was ordered to replace oven light bulb which had failed after 7 years service. It arrived promptly, although only in minimal packaging, the manufacturers' inner plastic/paper wrap inside a standard mailing packet. I removed the old broken bulb and installed the new one, taking the normal precautions for a quartz halogen lamp - only to hold the bulb with paper or cloth, never touch the bulb with skin or fingers. It was straight forward to fit and my oven is now working normally again.

Items dispatched and arrived promptly. Replaced oven bulb and all in good working order. Would thoroughly recommend. The only comment/feedback is that the items arrived individually wrapped in bubble wrap obviously for extra protection and not in their original Osram boxes which gives the impression that the bulbs may not be a genuine Osram bulb but having said that the bulbs do have Osram written on them despite this.

Says two years guarantee but bought two of the G9 oven bulbs in July, the first had just blown went to install the spare I had bought and found that does not work. No way to contact the supplier on here and Amazon won’t engage as beyond their 30 period
