I had bariatric surgery in 2022, and for the first several months after surgery, I was taking a much more expensive vitamin. I eventually switched to these because they were much cheaper, and they are just as good. My blood work results always come back within normal limits and I know these play a part in that. You only need to take one to get the recommended amount, and they are very easy to swallow without being too big. They also don't leave a funny taste in my mouth which I know some vitamins can do. They contain all the ingredients you need to absorb the vitamins and you are not overwhelmed with a horrible vitamin smell when you open bottle. I find them to be odorless and tasteless. I highly recommend!

I was using bariatric advantage ultra solo and the smell and taste was absolutely awful so I went looking for a new vitamin and stumbled upon this one. I got it opened it up and the smell wasn’t overwhelming. So I then tried it and I didn’t taste anything and it went down pretty smooth. Overall I’ll be using this one from now on. P.S I absolutely hate the chewables.

My cousin ended up with severe anemia after she stopped taking her vitamins, so I take it seriously. I’ll be on these for life and that’s fine with me. This brand has the best price for the amount of vitamins I need, and it’s also what my surgeon recommends. If you’re looking for a one-a-day bariatric vitamin that keeps things simple, this one has worked really well for me.

This has everything my wife needs. She was using another brand for a while but it was 30% more expensive and had all of the same ingredients as this. This will definitely be her go forward choice.
