When I first ordered, I gave it 4 stars because some things bugged me. I had a very hard time getting the case on my phone the first time. I think it took 30 minutes. One edge just did not want to snap into place despite continued attempts. I checked to see if the rubber underneath was in the way or what was keeping it from snapping together. Nothing was in the way. After many attempts, I finally got it to snap in place. If I have to take the case off, I have to be very careful as to not crack it on one end. There is one area where it fits together that will crack if pulled away too soon before pulling the rest of the phone apart. The second time, I got the case on within a minute, maybe because I was more familiar with it. The reason I ordered a second time, is that over time I realized the case protected my phone so well. I have dropped it so many times. I mean, more than most people would. I swear I think there is something wrong with my motor skills. It cracked on one drop, but not bad enough so I kept on using it. I dropped so many times after that and it protected my phone so great. I ordered the rose color the second time, but have decided I love the soft gold more. The paint does wear off after a while, but for the price and protection it gives you, it is so worth it to order again. It is the only case I trust to protect my phone, and I’ve ordered a lot! I just wish they would make the hole at the top more centered. Although I know they have just made the opening to take care of where the phone & camera hole is at the top, it is off-centered and irks me. They can still center it and leave it open wide enough for those camera holes. I hope they do that one day. Then it would be perfect. One of my favorite features is the volume and side buttons are so easy to press.
