I feel like I'm getting a good forearm pump without compromising the amount of weight I can lift to work my primary muscles for any given lift. Why not 5 stars? The grips themselves are a bit narrow. I have a medium frame (= medium sized hands), and these are JUST wide enough for my hands. If you are a man with medium hands or a woman (at least 95% of women anyway), these will be fine, but if you are a large person with large hands, these will be a little bit too narrow for your. You'll need to move up to a pricier brand that is a little wider.
