Excellent home or office use "IPS 2K" monitor ... consider this alternative to "4K VA"
This is a nice quality monitor from Viewsonic. First off, I do not play video games, so my review pertains to home and office type use (MS Office, Web browsing, light duty photo editing, etc.). Having a 4K VA panel 32" monitor in the office, I can honestly say that this 2K IPS 32" monitor is a better value for the money. While I can still read text at the full 4K resolution, it is simply uncomfortable for a long time. A more pleasant resolution setting I use in the office is somewhere between 2K and 4K (more towards the 2K mark). Given that experience, I went for the 2K IPS monitor of the same 32" size at home. The IPS panel vs. VA is a whole lot better, esp. with text on the screen; the VA has some slight but noticeable artifacts with text where the IPS is simply clear. The resolution is comfortable and at this 32" size there is plenty of "real estate". So, if you are looking inside the $400 price range for a 32" monitor don't get fooled by 4K unless you are planning to watch 4K TV on it perhaps? For home/office use, the 2K IPS is not only cheaper (less than $300) but fits the bill much better. I did a lot of researching and then, at work, I was able to get the 32" 4K VA panel monitor and, to be honest, it is a disappointing experience for office use; I do not run the full 4K resolution and the VA quality just is not as good as the IPS panel. Having the 32" 2K IPS (this Viewsonic) at home and given my experience with it, I would have requested the same for the office if I had to do it again. So, while 4K is good for some things for others 2K is preferable in my experience. If you get a chance to compare monitors in this price range for home/office use, you may find the same. Viewsonic is also a top notch brand with a 3 yr warranty. This particular model also has the frameless edge. Not only is the picture quality excellent but the monitor has a nice high quality look.

Great Second Monitor
I picked this up as a second monitor for my system to extend the display and have some work tabs open while doing other things. The setup was fairly easy and the entire unit seems to be fairly robust. The graphics and color displays seem to be on point. Since I'm a photographer, I did a little color calibration to be sure, but it didn't take much time or work to get things right. The response time for menu entries seems fairly snappy and the system seems easy to navigate. There are lots of port options for HDMI (2), Display Port, Mini Display Port, and one audio out if you don't want to use the built in speakers. I'm not much of a PC gamer, so I can't speak to that aspect, but overall, I'm happy with the purchases. For the money, it seems to be a really good quality monitor that offers good connectivity and great on-screen performance for the specs. Seems to be a good value overall.

Viewsonic VX3276-2K-MHD
Great monitor for the money, and a 2k monitor at that. (1440p) I have read a great deal of reviews about this monitor here on Amazon, trust me when I say, you "really" have to cut through the garbage to get to the truth. Someone said the monitor had no split screen when hooked up to a laptop. Chances are good, it's because the graphics capability of the laptop were not up to par. Who buys a monitor that is worth more than their laptop to use with said laptop? Another said it was not a "touch" screen. Really? There is nothing in the description that says it is! Who on this earth thinks they are going to get a 2k 32" touch screen monitor for this price? I read several reviews about issues with the power button. I have had NO issues with the power button. I pushed it and it came on, I pushed it again and it went off. Someone said it was "fuzzy", I just set my resolution to 2560 x 1440 and viola, perfect and clear and as sharp as ever! Another reviewer said there was no volume control. Not only is there volume control in the monitor menu, but the best and easiest volume control is built right into windows, (lower right hand side of the screen). Not only can you adjust the volume there, but you can turn the speakers on and off and you can switch between the monitor speakers, the external speakers and your headphones. I read reviews about the screen being "glossy". This couldn't be farther from the truth. The screen is glossy with a "matte" coating over it. The end result is not glossy at all, and it is quite easy on the eyes. Overall, this a beautiful 2k monitor at a great price! The price was right, the shipping was fast, and the monitor is great. If you are looking for a bargain on a 2k monitor with a lot of "real estate", you can't go wrong with the ViewSonic VX3276-2K-MHD. Also if you would like "better" reviews before purchasing, look them up at youtube. I did and then came straight to Amazon and bought this one, and I couldn't be happier.

Thin bezel. Lightweight. VESA mounts. 2k for a good price. Low glare matte finish.
I got this to use with a monitor arm. (dual monitor arm) It works great. A lot of monitors do not come with VESA mounts on them and some are heavy. This one is really light for how big it is. No dead pixels, good picture. It has a matte finish which is good for keeping the glare down. To me 4k isn't necessary, it is not going to be used for gaming. If I had to find something to complain about, the controls are easy to touch when I adjust the position. (the backside of the lower right side) I don't have a better location for them though lol. The price was good. The Viewsonic brand has always been a brand that I liked. I don't know much about the base that was included because I didn't even try it. Mounted it up the arm right away. BTW mounting to the VESA plate was easy but it looked like it was going to be an issue. The piece of metal that connects to the base was protruding a little. I just ignored it and put on the plate. It took care of itself when I pushed the bracket on.

I got this for graphics & UX design work - the colour is great, the size is huge, the look is really nice compared to my previous monitor (was 27"). It's 2K which is the same as my previous monitor. It's not 4K and I've never used 4K for work, so I don't really know what I'm missing - but what I do know is that I paid $315 for this which is nothing, it is not a dud or a lemon (no dead pixels, no backlight bleed, no wobbly stand(??), and I am extremely pleased with the look and function of my new work setup. It's a pretty sexy monitor. Only thing I would say is that it was low for my line of sight, and not vertically adjustable so I had to spring for a monitor riser (that wood stand in the pic). I'm not deducting a point for that because I don't care, I got a great monitor.

Eu adoro o layout do monitor. É realmente muito bonito.
