Tried these due to a common side effect of taking GLP-1 injections, I.e. severe constipation, and they work like a charm. Gentle and no side effects, and much better than the 5 or 6 others we tried. They actually are strong enough to work, and take effect within 2 - 3 hours in my experience. Works best if you keep hydrated. Price might be on the higher side, but since they work so well, unlike many other laxatives, they are well worth the cost

This is a very good for constipation, I have to take certain medication so I have to have help.

My favorite laxative. Does not cause nausea or discomfort and works every time. I have this on hand all the time.

I have tried everything under the sun to regulate. Just like many others laxatives it does bring water by osmosis to your intestines. Start with 1-2 pills and see how it works for you. It also works as fast as within 3 hours or maximum 6 hours. Sometimes it interrupts my sleep. So take them late right before going to bed or plan accordingly. I am not a fan of one of the ingredients. Therefore I only take them occasionally or when I travel so I don’t get clogged up.

It really works, just be a bit patient, sometimes it works after 3hrs, other times the next day. Recommend for all with bloating and digestive issues. Been using it for 6 month
