Value for Money & Genuine Product
For Small Office & Home use, this is an excellent product for regular scanning works. Scans up-to 4,800dpi for people working intensively in design & graphics industry. I use 300dpi which is more than enough for home photos & documents scanning. Can scan a full A4 photo in 15 seconds and documents in about 10 seconds. Easy to use & install, as it took me less than 10 minutes to connect-install software-scan for the first time. Summary: Excellent cost effective product (Sub 4,000) for regular scanning purposes.

Lousy Scanner
Lousy scanner. Did not work from the first time I connected it to the computer. Still not working. I exchanged cables also. But still the computer did not establish communication with the scanner. There is absolutely no visual indication of the scanner on condition. Don't buy ever!!!

Good Product
Product is good in this price, but plastic quality is not so good, software has many good built in features. It will be very helpful if the scanning area could be increased, then many big copies/standard copies could be scanned very easily. I am facing problems to scan standard size copies. To scan A4 size copies, it is fine. Overall I am satisfied.

Defective Electronic Scanner
Defective. We recieved a defective scanner from Amazon and the now we are not getting the return option as well. When contacted Epson company they are saying Amazon sent faulty product returned by some othe customer. Please don't buy this scanner from this vendor.

Perfect product for scanning
My daughter need to submit a lot of Homework and Exam worksheet online by scanning the handwritten worksheets. She also need to submit the project work that also involves scanning multiple documents and then merging them as PDF file. Initially I thought of buying multi-function printer however my print needs were not much and I could manage them by going to the printing shops. Also printer has a maintenance cost for cartridge and papers. It also takes a lot of space. Hence my daughter suggested to buy scanner instead. This scanner has solved that problem. Though the scanning apps that came with this are not that intuitive/user friendly, I had to do some trail and errors to finally understand how to create multipage pdf. Also there are so many different APPs to do same things so sometime I think why didn't they provide just one APP instead of so many. I keep forgetting which App used last time. Due to this I have reduced one start. Otherwise the product is perfect.
