Shock Absorber Ultimate Run Sports Bra

Absolutely brilliant bra, especially for women who feel very conscious about themselves whilst exercising such as myself. Being on the plus side this bra has given me the confidence to run and lose weight without worry. This keeps the girls in place, reduces bounce by a large amount, and so worth the investment. This bra is very comfortable, the strap adjustment design in fantastic, it can make your shoulders ache after prolonged use a little at first but just readjust until find the right length for you! The breathable material reduces that uncomfortable sweaty feeling that you get in most other bras, the Cross back design helps to keep everything in place. The only thing I would say is it can be difficult to put on, but after a bit of practice it’s worth it. This bra has changed my life.

Previously I'd bought the Shock Absorber Max Support bra because it's what I first used, i knew how it worked and it did the job. Then I came across this one, and as I run once a week, I thought I'd give it a try, especially as I was due to replace a sports bra and I do have ample chest that needs to be controlled. There's an additional hook at the back, I presume this is for if you're wearing racer back tops? I wasn't sure if I'd need it or be able to hook it myself as I have a problem with one of my arms, but I was able to do it with no problem. Took it for a run and it was just as good as my usual Max Support bra, plus I loved the colour. Still early days, I'll see if it's still as good a couple of months from now

This is my second one of these sports bras. I like the fit and as there is no underwire it is very comfortable. The fabric is soft and comfortable as well and I find that there is not extra pressure on the shoulders which I found with other sports bras. I use my sports bra for long distance running and horse riding and have no problems with it for these sports. The clasp at the back of the neck/shoulder blades is simple to do up as long as you have some flexibility to reach just below the back of your neck, personally this was not a problem for me. The only reason I would not give this bra 5/5 is because initially it feels a little strange with the extra strap high up on the back, but once worn a few times it feels great.

Before buying those Ultimate Run Bras I used to wear Nike sports bras, but then as my long runs got longer I started to get chafing. I ordered my first Shock Absorber one from a department store but returned it as I couldn't put it on. A week later I went back to the same department store where they offer a bra fitting service and asked them what size I should buy. The lady explained that sports bras and everyday bras can be different in fit and size, and that I had actually bought the wrong size. She picked the correct size for me and once I had it on helped me adjust the straps. I said I found it tight and she replied that it was a sports bra and that it was meant to be. I'm really glad I bought it in the end! It's really comfortable to run with, I don't get any chafing at all any more or unpleasant bouncing. They wash well as well. One tip : once the straps are adjusted clip them together before putting the bra on. The clip again doesn't need to be undone when taking the bra off. I rotate between 3 of them and change the lot once a year.

I swear by these for myself (32E) and find them true to size or ever so slighly neat, so bought a 30 for my petite but growing 12yro - it is way too small around the ribcage for her, it won’t even tie! I wonder if the one I got was perhaps wrongly labelled. Unfortunately I can’t return it as she ripped the label off when trying it on and I don’t think I’ll be able to pass it on either given how tiny it is! :-(. Cannot fault the speedy service though, and other than the size issue with this particular bra, I can hand on hear say there is not a better sportsbra out there than the Ultimate Run Bra 👍🏼.

I must first say that I have a love/hate relationship with Shock Absorber bras generally. I hate them because I don't find their "compression fit" very comfortable. I have decent sized boobs & they just squash everything into your body which I don't like. However I have to admit they work in terms of stopping boobs bouncing around so to that extent I am growing to love them & I now own this bra in 3 different colourways. I really didn't like the first of these bras when it arrived. As well as the usual "squash factor" it's 2nd fastening is a plastic clip affair like you would find on a swim suit located so high between the shoulder blades its almost impossible to fasten. ( and you can't front fasten and swivel) However I decided to try it out and I must say it does work well which encouraged me to order again in this blue & yellow & later in pink & purple. As always with shock absorber the fit on back size is small so think about going up a size on that- cup size is fine though, it's supposed to fit tight, that is how it works. Regarding comfort I am in 2 minds- it's tight, you will notice when you put it on & it won't feel comfortable. But once you are wearing it and while running you just won't notice it. In short it is comfortable to run in which is pretty much the point So I have grown to love these bras, slowly! Hope that helps x

I am a woman in her late 40s with what nature and gravity gave me. When I run I often had serious issues of support, chaffing etc. this is a top sports bra. I have bought more expensive ones and. This is the best. It adjusts the straps so well and the adjustments don't rub either, the draw in at the back makes sure the sides of your boobs are completely inside the bra and again no chaffing near the armpits. It almost felt like I was running with much smaller boobs! I am a 38b and the fit is superb. I will buy more for sure.

Auch bei einer sehr großen Brust (75 F - G) wackelt und hopst beim Joggen nichts! Sitzt wie angegossen und hält alles da wo es hin gehört. Allerdings färbt er am pinkfarbenen Teil etwas ab.

Just a tad on the small size. I'm still keeping mine. Holds everything tight and secure. Very comfortable, (even with being a bit small)

Der Shock Absorber wurde sofort beim Laufen getestet und entspricht ganz den Erwartungen. Er ist gut verarbeitet, drück nirgendswo, Schocks werden abgefedert. Dieser ist mein zweiter Sport BH dieser Marke und ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen.

Passform wie erwartet, super Sitz, hoher Tragekomfort. Es wackelt nix. Würde ich immer wieder kaufen. Kanne ich nur weiter empfehlen und bei amazon noch günstiger wie im Sportgeschäft.

Der BH ist beim Sport gut zu Tragen, insbesondere wenn man mit größeren Cups nach mehr Halt sucht (beispielsweise für's Joggen). Im Alltag würde ich ihn auch nicht tragen wollen, da sich dann das Plus an Halt eher einengend auswirkt. Aber zum Sport ist er klasse. Die Farbkombi schwarz-pink ist der Knaller! Der BH hat hinten zwischen den Schulterblättern noch einen Clip, sodass man Tanktops tragen kann, ohne das die Träger hervorblitzen. Zudem hat es beim Laufen eine zusätzliche entlastende Funktion. Die Lieferung gestaltete sich schwierig, die erste Warenlieferung kam nicht an. Die Verkäuferin ist aber sehr freundlich und souverän in der Schadensbegrenzung gewesen, sodass der BH - wenn auch verspätet - dann doch bei mir ankam. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank!
