The Neostar Photo, Negative & Slide Scanner is a compact, portable all-in-one device featuring a 14MP sensor for high-resolution photo scans up to 4"x6" and 3200dpi for 35mm slides and negatives. ## Description

Our cordless rechargeable photo scanner lets you preserve precious old photographs without even switching on your computer. What's more, you don't even have to remove the photos from your photo album. Simply rest the Neostar scanner on an album page and it will display each photo on its built-in colour screen, then use a 14 mega pixel sensor to scan the photo as a 700dpi JPEG. This standalone picture scanner digitises prints up to 4" x 6", and the digital images can be stored on an SD card or imported to your computer using the supplied USB cable. The whole thing is easily portable thanks to the internal rechargeable battery.High-resolution 14 mega pixel full-colour scanner also scans 35mm slides and negatives in 3200dpi resolution (feeding trays included). Easy, single-button operation with auto focus, auto exposure and auto-colour balance. The 2.4" TFT LCD screen provides a rapid 0.5 second high-speed preview.Measures 21 x 17.8 x 16.5cm. Review: Very poor performance - The scanner arrived promptly, well packed and was straightforward to assemble. However, scanned photographs had very poor colour saturation and were not properly in focus. A good idea spoiled by inadequate performance. The scanner was returned and refunded.
Review: Just what was needed - I have albums full of years of family, holiday, event and life story photos which are difficult to store and access. I am transferring these to my computer and an external hard drive so that they can be shared. I can do the long job of transfer while watching the television - not taking up hours on the shared computer!!!

The scanner arrived promptly, well packed and was straightforward to assemble. However, scanned photographs had very poor colour saturation and were not properly in focus. A good idea spoiled by inadequate performance. The scanner was returned and refunded.
