After doing a lot of research I finally decided to go with the Fizik R5 UOMO. Being a weekend warrior I wanted good quality that didn't break the bank. Compared to my previous cycling shoes, these are super light weight, comfortable, and sleek! I like the measurement marks on the sole. Helps when making adjustments. The cable strap is easy to use when tightening and loosening. My only compliant would be the width of the shoe is a bit tight. It isn't a problem when riding for a few hours, but I can see a problem for anything more than that. Overall it is a great road bike shoe for the money!

Ridin with these shoes four times since I bought them. BOA system is quick and able to be readjusted on the fly while riding. I have wide feet and these still fit very well

These things have taken a few rides totalling over 100 miles so far. Positives: Design and overall look Quality construction Boa system - way better than Velcro or laces. This is the biggest selling point for me. Adequate ventilation Cons: I have narrow feet and these are great. If I had wide feet I think these would not feel good. Also the Velcro strap near the toe does nothing for security. The soles of my feet get sore after about 25 miles but perhaps an insole would solve that problem. Overall glad I purchased. These were my first road biking cleats after using tennis shoes for a few years.

These were my first pair of SPD SL compatible shoes, and they surpass my expectations, they are more comfortable than I could have imagined, fit Perfectly (Consistently wear 13US in all shoe types.. these were 47EU) they are light and the single BOA works flawlessly. Due to the temps at the moment I have been wearing 1 or 2 socks, in each case, the BOA cinches down perfectly. OH... and they look Great! One thing I to mention, I had to retighten the Cleat screws several times as the fasteners/cleats bed in. They are also easier to walk in than I expected.

I've ridden about 200 miles with these shoes so far. The Boa closure provides good tension adjustment. The Velcro strap across the top box is fairly useless as there is no way for it to tighten without folding the shoe. I have a little more width than I need in the toe area but have a fairly narrow foot. Overall has been a great shoe for the price.

Excelente producto, muy bueno, y las suelas se ven muy rígidas, aparte el ajuste es importante, estoy seguro que la cada vatio será trasmitido al pedal sin perderse ni uno solo

The materials of the upper have a very accomplished feel to them and they look very good and expensive. Also the boa locking system is and works great. On the other hand, what I don’t like of this particular model is the amount of flex to the sole even if they say its carbon reinforced. The sole has no breathing holes which makes them proned to heatspots even if they say they are formulated with that in mind. Another thing is that the positioning of the cleats is hard to perfect because it is almost impossible to see the lines and numbers on the sole. I personally am a little bit bummed because I would have prefered the R3s. I do not recommened these shoes for very hot climates. They do look pro though and well made. Would I purchase them again? Maybe not but Fizik always makes great quality products with a competitive price.

Very nice shoes - fit is true to size. Very comfy, had these a few months now and ridden several hundred miles in them with no problems at all

FEELCYCLEで使っています。 型落ちなので１万円くらいで購入することができました。 通販だと足が合わない不安はありましたが、問題なく普段FEELCYCLEで使っているサイズで合いました。 クリートはグレーのものを使っています。 ホールド感があがり、とても漕ぎやすくなりました。 履き心地がよくて元には戻れないです。

初めてのフィジークです 思ったより狭くもなく指まわりもキツくなくとてもレギュラーな足型といって感じでダイヤル式で締め付けも上手く分散されており快適、軽くて以前のマビックアクシウムより蒸れにくくレーシングのイメージでしたが『普通じゃん』が感想です グランフォンド、クリテ、ヒルクラ全てで安心して使っています あとグレーの部分がライトを反射してたそがれ時の暗くなってから意外とドライバーにアピールしてくれます

長時間ライドしてもつかれませんでした、留め具が1ケ所で止められるのは便利なのですが、全体を締めなおす方法となるので、足の先のほうだけ少し締めたい、緩めたいなどの微調整は難しいと思いました。
