Great system, great customer support from Nick
I’ve installed the iSpring water filtration system for not just myself, but for my entire family—six households in total—and the experience has been consistently excellent across the board. The system itself is reliable, efficient, and delivers noticeably clean, great-tasting water. Installation was straightforward, and once set up, it runs smoothly with minimal maintenance. It’s given all of us peace of mind knowing we’re drinking high-quality filtered water every day. What really stands out, though, is the customer support. Nick has been incredibly helpful—always responsive, knowledgeable, and patient when answering any questions we had about installation, maintenance, or system performance. It’s rare to find that level of support, and it makes a big difference. Overall, I highly recommend iSpring to anyone considering a water filtration system. Between the product quality and outstanding customer service, it’s been a great investment for my entire family.

Fantastic, hands down
I’ve wanted one of these filters for years now, once I learned a bit about the chlorine, fluoride, and microplastics in my tap water. While my wife and son drink water from our Brita pitcher, I normally would just drink from our kitchen sink where the water isn’t as cold and not as painful for my sensitive teeth. I drink about two pots of coffee a day, take 1/2 gallon of water with me to work each day, and drink probably another 1/2 gallon per day while I’m home. It’s a lot of tap water! When I first discovered these filters, we were renting an apartment, so it didn’t seem worth the effort to install. Once we bought our house, there were a million other things to spend money on first! 2.5 years since we moved in, a solid Black Friday sale coupled with our wedding anniversary finally made this purchase happen. I ordered it at 11:00am this morning, and it was at my door before 2:00pm same day. I ended up installing the filters in my basement, directly underneath the kitchen sink, to save some space. The water tank is under the sink, for now (I may also move that to the basement). Having the filters in the basement made the install a bit slower, having to go up and down the stairs a bunch, but all in all it took me about 2.5 hours to install. I needed a drill to mount the filter rack to the wall, but other than that the only tool I needed was a pair of channel locks. The process was straightforward, and there was no point in time that I was confused as to what my next steps were. The only thing that tripped me up was the reverse osmosis filter itself, but that was only because I didn’t fully seat it in its housing at first. Once I fully popped it in, the housing cap screwed on, no problem The push-to-connect fittings are very easy to work with, and I had no leaks once I brought the system to pressure. There’s even an included auto-stop valve that’s supposed to detect leaks and shut off the water automatically, which is a great peace of mind. The instructions direct you to visually check the install each day for the first two weeks. I’ll be doing that, but knowing that auto-stop is on there still makes me feel much better about things (I’m an electrician, not a plumber lol). Not wanting to use the drain saddle, I ran my drain line directly to the utility sink in my basement. I didn’t plan for it, but being able to physically see water leaving the drain is a convenient way to be able to tell if the system is actively filtering water in the moment, or whether the tank is full The water tastes great, better than the Brita in my opinion. I bought the version that has the Alkaline filter final stage to remineralize the water for taste, and I’m happy with that decision. Highly filtered water often tastes bland, but that’s not the case with this unit. I could fill up a bottle for some fancy spring water with this stuff, and I doubt anyone would notice there’s a difference Product quality seems solid, and the reviews lead me to believe it’ll all hold up for years to come. The faucet is a little wobbly, but I understand it can’t be too tight without risking failure. The flow rate from the faucet is perfectly adequate for a glass of water, too. Not as fast as the tap, but that’s to be expected. Tomorrow it’ll get put to the real test, when I fill up my 1/2 gallon water bottle and brew a pot of coffee. The reservoir tank supposedly holds 2.6gallons though, so I don’t foresee any issues. The rest of the family wakes up hours later, and the tank will no doubt be refilled by that point. On initial startup, the first tankful took about 1.5 hours to fill up. Per the instructions, I then poured that first tank out, presumably to remove any potential manufacturing contaminants. That waiting game for the first good glass of water was probably the hardest part of the whole install I’ve wanted one of these things for years. I finally purchased and installed one today, and I’m incredibly happy with the end result. I wish I did it sooner, but the next best time is today, right? The company seems to stand behind their products in terms of warranty and returns, and at such an attractive price, there’s really not much risk in giving this filter a shot in your home. I think you’ll be as satisfied as I am!

Great product
I couldn't be happier. The water is fantastic. No icky taste, no dusty residue. It tastes like bottled water. The installation was a breeze. Even if you are not super handy you could set this up. The hoses hook up easily without leaking. I watched a couple of videos and them got it working right away. I was nervous about drilling into the drain pipe but the connector worked great. It is a bit heavy to lift and shift. But now I couldn't be happier

Fantastic System - Best on the Market With Suburb Filtration For Low Cost!
This system is fantastic and so is Sean who I dealt with at the iSpring company! There was a damaged faucet because of the delivery people (probably Amazon), and Sean sent a new one with NO problems and it was very pleasant tone to speak with Sean throughout the process of obtaining a new one. The water gets extremely filtered and the quality is greatly noticed. After the recommended time to change the filters, they are very filthy because it filters the microscopic particles so excellently. Knowing that the quality is good I let my children drink it instead of bottled water - that saves me a lot of money and helps save the environment with less plastic bottles! My 3 young girls have noticeably drink more water than the sweet drinks and I get satisfaction that they are staying better hydrated. The system is very cost effective and we use the water to cook with as well. Our family is very health conscious and we know the quality is safe to drink regularly The taste and odor of the water is much better with iSpring system. It's so easy to use and install that I did it myself under an hour - it fit very easily in my small cabinet below the sink. I highly recommend this system above all the other systems - can't go wrong with iSpring!!

Happy wife, happy life. She loves the water!
Don't write reviews often. So far, we love this water filtration system. Water tastes better than from our local water stations. Typically, they have only 5 stages. Most of their stages have to do with monitoring which you never see. You can be getting subpar water and never know it. The filter material seem sturdy. We were worried about the materials but they are durable enough to handle the job. Yes, you can get leaks but just take the u-tab out, push the hose in and reseat the u-tab! No more leak at all. We wanted to ask customer service aa few question, we were half expecting to get someone who barely knew the water systems but we were very wrong. Ended up talking to a dude named Nick. This guy was awesome. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Patient with our questioning. I give the guy 10 outta 10 for a job well done. BE SURE TO REGISTER YOUR ISPRING FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY!!!!

the best fit for my needs and affordable too!
Who knew I'd be glad there is no outlet under my sink? I bought this system after quite a bit of research because, without an outlet easily available for one of the much-more-expensive RO systems with a built in pump for high flow rates, this system seemed best for (1) ease of install and maintenance and (2) a straightforward remineralization option. Plus (3) it is relatively affordable, and (4) other reviewers have noted that the company is especially helpful with issues. So: (1) I did in fact install this myself with absolutely no prior experience with plumbing. I watched the installation video before ordering, so I knew I'd need to be comfortable drilling into my counter and sink discharge. In the end I got lucky and managed to get the faucet through my old sprayer hole in a 4-hole sink--I went ahead and updated the sink faucet to a sprayer model while I had the water supply shut off. Drilling into PVC was a new thing for me and I did have doubts several times because PVC is so slippery, but starting with the smallest bit and incrementing up one bit size at a time got me there! No leaks, and the rest of the install was absurdly straightforward plug-and-play, with most issues caused by my ancient plumbing (the hot water shut off under the sink has corroded, which didn't matter for the RO install but proved mildly annoying when replacing the main faucet). (2) More studies are needed on whether remineralization is better for your health, but I love the taste of the remineralized water despite hating my very hard pre-filtered water. I am fairly confident that I could easily bypass the remineralization step if desired. Being a massive nerd, I have subjected my guests to blind taste tests and they do choose the RO output as tastier than the unfiltered tap water but I think several would prefer the non-remineralized output, I am saving that experiment for when I have more time! (3) Turns out that this system outputs just the right amount of water for a hydrohomie household of 3. I wash fruit and veg with it, and fill all our water bottles for the day, plus fill water glasses when hosting small parties, and have not needed more capacity than the tank supplies. It's also super quiet, since it doesn't have an electric pump. I'm so glad I didn't stress about the lack of under-sink outlet because this more affordable option is actually perfect for my needs! (4) I did snap the tank valve on install which means I also get to weigh in on customer support. Nick was awesome! I tried using the online support form but the captcha thought I was a robot, so I called--Nick was patient and helpful on the phone, followed up promptly by email, and sent me two replacement valves that arrived in a few business days at no additional cost to me. Since this mistake on my end did put me back a couple of days on install, I will take this opportunity to recommend that you for sure follow the instructions not to overtighten the tank valve, which is clearly specified in the paper instructions but I wasn't thinking much about it because I'm a smaller person and rarely manage to overtighten anything. Good news is that even if you stall out a bit on the mostly straightforward install, it's super straightforward to turn off the RO supply and continue to use your usual faucet until you're ready for the next step. (The other adult in my household spent some time quite concerned that I'd need the whole house supply off while we awaited an emergency plumber, this is absolutely not a real concern!) Overall, if you're comfortable with a drill and a couple wrenches and have successfully put together flat pack furniture, and you check out your cabinet space/sink plumbing in advance, you should be able to install this yourself in a single day while still enjoying the use of all your other plumbing, and then you'll have plenty of lovely tasty water with no fuss. And even if you do manage to snap the tank valve somehow, you can still enjoy the use of all your other plumbing and also Nick will help, still no fuss!

Great-tasting water, easy install, and paid for itself in months
I bought the iSpring RCC7AK Reverse Osmosis System for my outdoor kitchen because the tap water in my area tastes awful, and I was tired of hauling heavy 5-gallon water jugs back and forth. Installation The instructions were a little confusing at first, but once I slowed down and focused, everything made sense. The color-coded hoses and connectors made a huge difference—red to red, blue to blue, etc.—which kept the install straightforward. All the main parts were included, but I did need to pick up a cheap T-connector from the store (about $3), which wasn’t a big deal. One thing worth mentioning: since this is a reverse osmosis system, it does require access to a drain line for the wastewater. That’s standard for RO systems, but it’s not really called out super clearly in the listing. Probably not an issue for most under-sink installs, but something to be aware of depending on your setup. The kit does include the needed parts to access and secure the drain line. Water Quality The biggest win here is the taste. The RO system completely removes the bad taste from our tap water, and the remineralization + “taste polishing” stage really makes a difference. The water tastes clean, crisp, and honestly better than what we were getting from bottled delivery. My kids love it, and my father-in-law literally calls it his “fountain of youth water.” Performance & Capacity It does take a few hours to initially fill the tank, and pressure is low until that first fill completes—that’s normal. After that, the 2.5-gallon storage tank has been more than enough for our needs. We even connected it to our under-counter ice machine without any issues. Extras The included brushed nickel faucet looks great and feels solid. Nice bonus that they include both counter-mount and wall-mount options depending on your setup. Cost Savings (Huge Bonus) We were previously using Culligan for bottled water delivery at about $40/month, plus dealing with those heavy 5-gallon bottles. After installing this system, we canceled that service. At that rate, this system basically pays for itself in about 4–5 months. Bottom Line This has been such a great upgrade that I ended up buying a second unit for our indoor kitchen (fridge, water cooler, and ice maker). Highly recommend if you want great-tasting water without the hassle and ongoing cost of bottled delivery.

The system does what it says; pure, clean water
This is an amazing product. We were searching for a product that would make our drinking water clean and tasting like pure water, and this product does that. Fairly easy to install, and works well. I applied for the warranty, and Robert was helpful in the process.

Best Investment for Healthy Drinking Water
We’ve been using the iSpring RCC7AK system for a few weeks now, and we are genuinely impressed! The installation went smoothly, and the components feel high quality. Big thanks to Nick from the customer service team — he was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the registration process. One of the most impressive things: we’ve been using filtered water from the system in our glass electric kettle every day for two weeks — and there is absolutely no limescale at all. Not a trace. This alone is a sign of how well the system works. The faucet looks great and works perfectly, and the tank provides more than enough water for our daily use. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Nick — you’re doing a great job!
