This kit of five filters works perfectly with my system under the sink. I've purchased this kit several times, and this recent installation taught me I should order it more often. I think I waited 1.5 years, and thats too long. Two of my filters looked bad. So once a year should be right. Installation is straight forward. I only had to disconnect one water line from the system. It's best to take a photo of how the tubes run in case you disconnect more than that. The average person can install these filters into their system. Just be logical and make sure your connections are good. The end result is really good water. There is no taste and no smell. So much better than what comes out of the tap.

We have clean water again! The instructions were very easy to follow. Seems to be durable. No issues thus far. Little expensive but I think it’s worth it.

I love my RO system, it is a wonderful addition to the home and the flavor is great! I really like the length of the filters and that they are very cost efficient. The only complaint that I have is that the instructions were absolutely terrible! They did not make any sense whatsoever. Thankfully I was able to find a video on Youtube that better explained the process. In addition, I called to verify that once replacing stage 1-3 you do not need to drain your system, they said you do not, but I found there to be a lot of debris and floaters in the water after following their guidelines. I ended up draining the whole system and it was back to normal! Now that I know how to do the replacement, it will be much easier from now on.

They are, of course. high-quality OEM filters. But, the replacement required a little bit of efforts. I wish the instruction would be better. The single-sheet instruction with not-so-good small figures was OK but I had to struggle a lot to understand it. You definitely need the wrench to open the cases for 3 pre-filters. This wrench came with the system. If you lost it, you got to buy it! The replacement of the 4th filter requires 12+ inch wrench to open the case. When originally installing the system, I manually put the cap of the case; but after 4 years use, the cap became very tight. I had to go to Home Depot to buy a 12-inch pipe wrench, which was barely big enough to open the cap. Once I open the cap, I had to use a needle-nose plier to pull the filter out of the case. I purchased the filter set on 9/13/2019. While reviewers in 2018 informed of the missing QC connector (i.e., 3-way tee fitting), mine had no such issue. I got o-rings for the 3 pre-filter cases. But, I did not put them because I noticed that the existing o-rings were OK. I mean after 4 years of use, those o-rings are still very good. But, the manufacturer recommends to replace them. I will do it when I replace pre-filters a year later. There is a lot of water inside filters or cases. So, be sure to put a couple of thick bath towels under the system before you start to change filters. Once replacing filters, be sure to let some gallons of filtered water go until the dark carbon flows out. QUESTION: I have a question. If anyone knows the answer, please add a comment. Do I need re-pressurize the tank when replacing all 5 filters?

We moved into a new house that has city water. We ordered this system shortly after and I installed it under the kitchen sink. Installation was very easy. After 8 months of use it was apparent that the filters were getting clogged by the low water flow and then not at all. I replaced the three main filters and will replace the other two when needed. I am expecting the filters to last longer this time due to the fact that I installed a new water softener.

These replacement cartridges are easy to install, instructions are clear. I was slightly confused at one step but this company has installation videos on YouTube so I watched a short clip and was back on track. The water tastes fantastic, as usual.

We installed this system two years ago. This was a refill order to change the filters. Everything is working well and the water tastes very good.

So I had reduced pressure, figured I needed to change the filters. Turns out my filters we’re probably fine. Issue was my tank needed some air added. Was reading nearly 0 Psi. On city water after 2 years these filters still looked practically new.
