Bought this to train my top tier outside hitters. I don't quite understand the negative revues on this products quality and design. I've had absolutely NO such negative experiences. Came complete! Easy instructions! Solid! Accurate. Maybe if abused it may break down but if all one is doing is following the instructions for proper use, there's not much to break down. Great product! Great tool! Lasting years! Still looks and functions like new! Even the paint and decals!

Poor quality control. Received the vertical trainer but am unable assemble because the screw hooks are off center by 1/2 inch. Cannot assemble, and the company doesn’t answer their customer service line. In the photo, the screws are loose to allow maximum play as you can see the holes do not lineup and therefore it cannot be assembled.

Wow, much better than expected. Excellent product and surprisingly arrived in great shape though the box was a mess. I measure each time with a tape measure and it's very accurate. Once a slat is touched, move it out of the way with the bar. I love having a target other than a basketball hoop.

One of the screws didn't quite line up but it seems sufficiently stable. You might check the height independently with a tape measure since what you would think is 10' is only 9' 10" because the stand leans a little bit. For the price it likely makes more sense for most people than the official Vertec. It's pretty user friendly.

This vertical leap measurer is really the only one on the market. That other yellow one that hangs off the rim is ghetto and no good. This one is very well made with strong and durable components. It also comes with a 22-pound weight so make sure you use Prime to avoid the shipping costs. All of the components have labeled measuring, so you know exactly how high you're jumping, no need for a measuring tape. I'm pretty sure this is the one they use at the NBA combine so don't worry about quality because its sturdy and strong. It's expensive but does what it's supposed to do with no chance of breaking. The product does the job. Here are some complaints. 1) Three of the four screws that attach the post to the base fits perfectly. However, one of them did not fit and now is striped. 2) The measurement sticks are kinda stiff so they don't swivel well 3) Transporting requires the removing of six screws Pluses. It works once in the gym and assembled. No issues, even with the one screw missing. The wheels on the base allows for easy movement of the device. Packaging. The two boxes were pretty beat up when they arrived.

When the wall mount is mounted level on the wall, the swing arm is about 5 degrees off vertical. Totally annoying and horrible quality control. So, I ordered a replacement and the swing arm has the exact same problem. Basically the 12 year old in Taiwan can't weld the seams of the metal square. Amazon is worthless in that they can't contact the company to have them send out a square swing arm, but has to be the whole thing. Totally messed up ordering this from Amazon that does nothing to inspect the crap that they sell. So I have to eat this thing rather than pack it up and send it back and fix 4 holes with lag screws in impact resistant wall.

Best option out there on the market for testing vertical jump. Extremely easy to set up and break down which makes it very mobile. This is the perfect piece of equipment for anyone looking to add credibility and a "Wow factor" to your training business.

The product is broken and I would like to return it. Please advise how to proceed. Thanks very much. Shirley

Kids just love it

Opening the package and found defect with the T frame. Upon installation, found two screws which are suppose to be provide to secure the top fram ain't there. Have to get two makeshift screw to secure it.

Just what I expected. Great testing tool and easy to assemble

When I opened the product, only half of it was there, and the box had clearly been previously opened.
