Worked with Windows 11 and CHIRP

Solved the problem I had programming my Yaesu HT on my Windows 11 laptop. The old cable apparently had one of the fake Prolific PL-2303 chips which won't work with the updated Windows Prolific drivers. This cable with the FTDI chip worked with no problem.

It seems to work

I was able to connect to my Yaesu FT-4X with Chirp using Windows 10. I downloaded the driver from their website.Chirp is a whole nother story, though. This radio is experimental with Chirp and it crashed while editing the memory channels. It wasn't the cable's fault though.I am hesitant to pay for the RT Systems programming software because I don't know if it will work with a non-RT cable.
