I don't want the small and i don't want the squarish size. what size is the large rectangular- m or l? not clear at all which size is which

As seen on the orthopedic site, the rectangular one is 7" x 14.5". I have several and use them daily for back/neck problems resulting from idiopathic kyphosis. They freeze well and last pretty reasonable length of time. I fold the corners down to get them to wrap comfortably around my neck, leading eventually to small tears at the end seams. Duct tape repairs these really well (be generous) and extends the life of each pack. I find they have superior mold ability if you wish to form them around some part of your anatomy (neck, knee, shoulder, etc), but length of time to stay cold is less than some others if your only goal is to keep them flat. Overall I really like them.

Which one is small? Medium? I need the long skinny kind.

The 300225 is 4 Â½â x 10â with no insulation. Itâs the closest thing to âlong and skinnyâ
