We have several of these unit in our facility and they work great. We never had a big issue with then but needed a change or just some questions on changes we wanted to make, but anytime I sent an email for support I had an answer back within 12 hours (time difference). We will continue to buy these units and recommend them to others. Easy installation and easy to operate.

My wife and I own a multi-unit office building and were looking for a solution to do away with keys to the outside doors AND add a remote entry system (door buzzer). This seemed the "economical" solution, and I figured, "hey, if it doesn't work, it's a couple hundred bucks, and back to the drawing board." I read through the reviews and thought we'd give it a try. The hardware installation was pretty straight forward (we're an older building, so some of the wire pulling was "fun," but doable). The wiring diagrams were simple to follow, and the step-by-step, software setup was really easy. If I did have questions, I just sent an email. I did have a concern with the email process, thinking the time difference would be an issue, however, Support was amazing! Most of the time, I had a response within an hour or so (I was prepared to wait until the next day). The biggest issue I had was that I wanted to be able to access this from my laptop and my desktop, just in case I needed to access the controller software while we were away from the building. After trying several times to set this up on my own (I'm tech savvyish, but not when it comes to remote servers...), I emailed support and they sent me step-by-step instructions with help videos. I still didn't get it, that was on me, not them. They offered to jump on my computers and set everything up for me. It took about 20 minutes on a live session to my computer, probably would've been less, but I had a a lot of questions (again, on me, not them). Now I'm able to access the software to make changes, no matter where I am. One thing to think about, if using the app for people to "buzz in," everyone with the app has access to all doors on the system. This isn't an issue if you're only using it for exterior doors, or doors that you want everyone to have access to. We were planning to add our office door to the system. We will probably purchase another system (they're economical enough) to split our doors off. We paired this system with a Blink system (2 video doorbells for the 2 exterior doors) so all offices would have access to allow their clients into the building. Looked everything over once the system arrived. Hooked up and tested everything on the bench first to assure that system worked, hook-up was good, internet tested good and key FOB's and Cards worked as advertised. All checked good on the bench test of the complete system. My installation took probably a little longer because we had to modify/repair our metal door frame due to previous installations that were done - not well- and ended up with a butchered door jam that looked like it was cut with a chainsaw, but we took time to make it right. (Side note: Do not attempt to make metal door jam repairs unless you are sure of your capabilities, luckily, our door jam is made of aluminum and we are good with that) The final Striker lock installation looked like a new door jam installation and turned out really good. We had to also install an electrical outlet for the Door access control box as it is located about 20 ft away from the Door we are controlling and in a secure room. We fabricated a new CAT 5 ethernet cable and routed 2 pieces of 4 conductor telephone/alarm system hookup wire between the controller and the other accessories at the door. After all was connected with weather proof heat shrink and a couple of environmental splices, the system was tested and all worked really good. I am still learning the software side of things and may indeed end up calling tech support for that but that's ok. we are very pleased how this system operates and shows who has logged in thru our front door and at what time, again still learning everything that this system can do. Thankfully we only have 1 door to monitor and control and now our building is more secure than it was with the old system. We should have done this a long time ago. I will update this review if anything changes. Would buy again if we needed a second system.

Our 4 Door Controllers have been in place over 5 years now and have never missed a heartbeat in that time. This is largely due to the excellent personalized support that we have received from Chen. He has been extremely responsive to any questions about not only his products but any access control products. The quality, ease of installation have added value and security to our facility and simplified access features to our membership. We recommend this product.

This product is working great for us! It is VERY customizable and has a lot of features! I had our system quoted by a security company for over $6,000. This cost $360 for the top model plus my time! Well worth it! I am a DIYer and took some setting up, but works perfectly! The customer service has been EXCELLENT and very responsive. 5 stars!!!

this is great product and very easy to use both the pd software and the app software, i would definitely recommend. also support is the best i reached out to for some extra one on one support and Chen was able to help me and did so very patiently. best product and best support.

Great product, even better customer service! I have been using the system without any issues and all of a sudden today I started getting a Driver Update issue. I reached out to support and got a reply within 30 minutes which provided TWO methods of addressing the issue: Option 1 was to send them my database; Option 2 was instructions to try it myself. I tried it myself and it worked perfectly. Very happy with this and will buy again.
