Westbrass claims they have a lifetime warranty.....yeah right.  We are on the 4th set of valves in 3 years.  The faucet either wont shut off, or wont flow water.  Numerous correspondence to westbrass has been a waste of time.  They claim they are getting a new supplier for this, but are not supportive in helping get the problem fixed.  Our water is softened and RO'd, so water quality is not the issue.....steer clear!
