Works as described. I have been using this same product for years and my lawn and my home has been completely bug free. Great value. I use it around the house foundation and the lawn every 6 months, which has proven very effective for me.

Cons: No built-in measuring scoop: Had to estimate the amount for my lawn size. Needs careful watering: If not watered in properly, effectiveness drops. Not pet-friendly immediately after application: Had to keep my dog off the lawn for a while. Overall, it’s a solid product that delivers on its promise, but it requires a bit of attention during application to get the best results. I’d definitely use it again, but I wish it came with clearer measuring guidance and pet safety instructions.

This is a fast acting product. Use when you have a grub problem at not as a preventive. GrubEx in early season. This as a last resort

This definitely works for killing grubs, if that's what you're after. Be careful, some bags at the big box stores have a picture of a grub on the front but have no active ingredients that kill grubs. This does.

Well works as intended if you can work it into the soil layer about 1-1/2 inches .. you have to get past the grass layer on top for it to work .. i pulled up all the dead grass turned the soil over picking out all grubs that i saw then put down the product and watered it and re applied it the next day and watered it to kill on contact . re applied a week late to the new sod on top and watered .. this method worked for me

I was skeptical but this stuff really worked. I Put it down, watered it in and in the morning hundreds of grubs were on the surface dead or dying.

Every night for over a week, a skunk dug up pieces of sod in our front yard. Skunk repellent did noting. But after I put this down, the skunk has disappeared.

Within one week grass became green and lovely. Important is to water well, so that product dissolves in the soil. Great customer service as well. This was shipped to Europe.
