I recently moved into a rental and needed to use the existing (large) rod for curtains to cover the sliding glass door. I had curtains for a smaller rod (not tab top) and wanted to use them instead of buying new curtains, so I purchased these curtain rings. The large (2.5 inch) rings are perfect for the existing rod. They slide easy over the rod & stay hooked to the curtains when sliding open and closed. The right amount of rings were included and I just spaced them out evenly using the length of the standard curtains (2 panels). I like that they can be moved to use more or less if needed. The color was neutral and perfect for my temporary rental even on a white curtain rod. Very pleased with the purchase!

I wanted to drap some sheers over small windows and needed rings to pull sheets thru. Worked great.

To perk up my apartment I thought I would hang the sheer curtain, and over that hang the drapery Since the drapery had pongs, and I only had one rod, I put the pongs to give shape to the drapery and used the clips. Good idea. Nope. The drapery was too heavy. In time I will buy a rod that can stand weight. Then hopefully it will bring some green into the living room

Have purchased these before for heavy linen like drapes with a lining and they are holding up great! They have a tight "bite" when they grab onto the curtain. Liked them so much I purchased them again. They are not thick if that's the look you're going for. However, I liked the 2 1/2" size because they helped elongate my curtains so that I didn't have to purchase the longer length curtain and then have to have them hemmed. Love this product and would recommend.

Makes the room look a little larger to add the larger rings and hang the curtains an additional 3 inches higher. Exactly what I was looking for!
