What is the age range for this game?

My 3 year old grandson plays this with his two brothers witch are both 7 years old and he plays with his 9 year old sis , I think the box says 5 and up but my 3 yr old grandson plays it you just need to be more careful with little kids. You pretty much can decide when you want them to play.

is there also a version with small circle mats that u put on the ground ?

This version with the mat is the only one that they have right now.

Nope I just checked, it's about 6.5 feet by 5 feet. Maybe there are larger ones available. I don't have a tape measure unfortunately right now so I am just guessing. But definitely not as large as your dimensions.
